中国，英国和意大利之间的茶史

茶是一种将世界所有文化融合在一起的饮料: 一个没有茶文化的国家都没有，世界各地的人们都喜欢喝茶，虽然喝茶的方式肯定不一样的。

茶是很多人日常生活必不可少的一部分，每个国家都有自己的制备和饮用方法：有人喜欢喝红茶，有人比较喜欢喝绿茶，有些人在茶里不喜欢加任何东西，有人喜欢加糖，黄油，牛奶，盐，柠檬或薄荷叶。有些人喜欢使用瓷器或陶壶茶，也有人喜欢使用金属茶壶；有些人喜欢把杯子装满茶，而也有人不喜欢。

Tea enjoyed around the world: there’s no culture without a deeply rooted tea culture, although theway to drink tea is certainly not the same in the different countries.Tea is anessential part of the daily life for many people, and each country has its own preparation and drinking methods: someone likes to drink black tea, someone prefers the green one; some people like to add sugar, butter, milk, salt, lemonor mint leaves to their cup of tea but other people are used to drinking tea without adding anything to it. With a long history of tea production,China has an excellent intangible cultural heritage of tea with a worldwide influence.China is the hometown of tea, it’s theworld's first country that discovered and began to use it; no country can deny that the tea ceremony was born in China. Tea is not only the favorite drink of ancient Chinese people, but nowadays tea is also one of the most popular drink in the world. Its revival in contemporary times began in the 1980s; after the founding of new China, China's tea production increased a lot. In China teais not only used for medical purpose (detoxification), it can also be eaten (let's not forget the delicious tea cake) and drunk: tea, cocoa and coffee are the best and the healthiest natural drinks.
